We are headquartered in China and all bracelets are made. From our location, we handle every aspect of production and transportation, ensuring that every piece meets our high quality standards

From the moment we receive your order, it takes 2-3 business days to prepare for shipment and you will receive an email with track and tracking code. If you haven’t received this code, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact us at fengshuibrothers88@gmail.com and we will help you track your order and update its status.

Sometimes we reach out to you if we see that the wrist size is missing from the order or when the wrist size is rather large/small.

We strongly discourage wearing the bracelets during certain activities, as they can damage both the gemstones and metal over time. The durability of the stones varies; some are harder and more resistant, while others are softer and more susceptible to damage. Wrist size measurement

No worries! If you place the order, we will reach out to you through email (check your spam folder) to assist you with that. Yes, it is possible. Submit your wrist size and then add “loose fit” (in the note or email us afterward is also an option). Keep in mind you need to submit your true wrist size, and not calculate any extra inches yourself. Often, this results in too large bracelets and disappointment.So if you measured your wrist size as 7.25 inches and you want a loose fit, submit 7.25 inches,loose fit.

Shipping

As long as you provide wrist size and valid address, the preparation time will take 2-3 working days. Once ready, it can be transported first.

Please note that changing the delivery address to a different address and/or country may not always be possible, and if it possible additional transport costs may be charged to you.

The shipping time usually takes 7-15 days, and it may be longer. However, we will speed up to ensure that the items you purchase can be in time for you.

Return/Resize/Exchange

Yes, as long as you have not subscribed to the “Buddha’s Blessing” service and the item remains unopened and undamaged, you may return it within 30 days. However, you will need to send the item back to our designated address, and we will not cover the cost of returning the item. Once we receive the returned item, your payment will be refunded to your original account. If you have subscribed to the “Buddha’s Blessing” service, we can only refund the value of the item. Please note that customized services are non-refundable once purchased. We appreciate your understanding.
